🚀 Quick Start

First Time Usage

  1. Download & Install: Download and install the app from App Store
  1. View Guide: User guide will be displayed on first launch (optional to skip)
  1. Set Passwords: Set your master password and decoy password
  1. Start Using: Enter password through calculator interface and press “=” to access the app

Password Instructions

  • Master Password: Real password for normal app access
  • Decoy Password: Used in emergency situations, displays blank or decoy content

📱 Basic Functions

Q1: How to add files to the app? A: After entering the app, tap the “+” button in the bottom right corner, you can choose:
  • Import photos/videos from photo library
  • Take photos with camera
  • Import documents from file manager
Q2: What file formats are supported? A: Supports almost all common formats:
  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, HEIC, WebP, etc.
  • Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, etc.
  • Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, etc.
  • Documents: PDF, TXT, DOC, XLS, PPT, etc.
  • Archives: ZIP, RAR, etc.
Q3: How to delete files? A: There are two ways:
  • Individual deletion: Tap delete button on file detail page
  • Batch deletion: Tap batch management button, select multiple files and delete

Q4: What if I forget my password? A: Since the app uses end-to-end encryption, we cannot recover your password. If you forget your password:
  • Try to recall possible password combinations
  • Check if it’s recorded elsewhere
  • If you truly cannot retrieve it, you can only reinstall the app (all data will be lost)
Q5: How is app security guaranteed? A: We implement multiple security measures:
  • AES-256 military-grade encryption
  • Local storage, no server uploads
  • Dual password protection
  • Automatic app lock when backgrounded
  • Regular security audits
Q6: Will data be uploaded to servers? A: Absolutely not. All data is stored locally on your device only, we do not collect any user information.

☁️ iCloud Sync

Q7: How to enable iCloud sync? A: Find the “iCloud Sync” option in app settings and enable it. Requirements:
  • Device logged into iCloud account
  • Sufficient iCloud storage space
  • Normal network connection
Q8: Is iCloud sync secure? A: Yes, data synced to iCloud remains encrypted, neither Apple nor we can view file contents.
Q9: How to disable iCloud sync? A: Turn off the “iCloud Sync” switch in settings. After disabling:
  • Data is only saved locally
  • Already synced data can be chosen to keep or delete

📂 File Management

Q10: How to export files? A: Select a file and tap the share button, you can:
  • Save to photo library
  • Share via AirDrop
  • Save to file manager
  • Open with other apps
Q11: How much storage space do files occupy? A: File size equals original file size, encryption doesn’t significantly increase file size. You can check total storage usage in settings.
Q12: Can I create folders? A: The current version doesn’t support folder functionality, all files are displayed in the same interface. We are developing folder functionality.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

App Won’t Launch

Symptoms: App crashes or becomes unresponsive after tapping app icon Solutions:
  1. Restart device
  1. Ensure iOS system version is supported (iOS 14.0+)
  1. Check if device has sufficient storage space
  1. Reinstall the app

Password Input Not Responding

Symptoms: No response after entering password in calculator interface Solutions:
  1. Confirm password is entered correctly
  1. Must press “=” after entering password
  1. Wait 1-2 seconds for system verification
  1. Try restarting the app

File Import Failed

Symptoms: Unable to import after selecting files Solutions:
  1. Check if file format is supported
  1. Confirm device has sufficient storage space
  1. Check app permission settings
  1. Try importing other files for testing

iCloud Sync Issues

Symptoms: Files cannot sync to iCloud Solutions:
  1. Check network connection
  1. Confirm sufficient iCloud storage space
  1. Re-login to iCloud account
  1. Restart app and try again

App Running Slowly

Symptoms: App responds slowly Solutions:
  1. Restart app
  1. Restart device
  1. Clear device storage space
  1. Check if there are many files that need optimization
